Haizhe's has 9 eyes, one for each dimensional perspective, the second dimension to the eleventh. Haizhe's natural personality shuns him from the Dimensional Council of Fate Dealing (the DCFD) for making a mockery of their ideals and twisting their destiny and perception against their agenda. The DCFD's agenda is unknown yet damaging to the spirit of organic life, Haizhe hates this, and spits on their purpose via deceitful messaging through the music they listen to because Haizhe believes that all organic life should take life as a joke and to be able to craft their own destiny and purpose in life.
